Gary’s early career was as a clinical biochemist in various hospital and private laboratories and ten years as a forensic biologist. Over the last 15 years Gary has worked with organisations associated with the education, training and assessment of medical and health practitioners in primary, secondary and tertiary care settings.

Most recently his senior management roles have included Director of the NSW Cardiovascular Research Network, National Director of the Support Scheme for Rural Specialists and four years as Director of Policy and Communications with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Gary brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience of the health sector to Ultra Feedback. His passion for the use of policy, education, research and feedback as key drivers of change in healthcare organisations and his interests in drawing together information and ideas from a range of intellectual and disciplinary sources (health sciences, management, information and communications technology, public policy and finance) help to achieve creative and innovative outcomes.
