John has an extensive history of helping businesses find solutions to problems. Most recently he was employed within the pharmaceutical industry at Allergan as Asia-Pacific Patient Recruitment Manager for global clinical research trials. Previously he worked with GlaxoSmithKline on research studies across multiple therapeutic areas. John has also managed a national chronic disease assessment (nursing) program and a large inner city GP practice that incorporated dental and allied healthcare. John’s experience outside of healthcare has focussed on international sales and marketing within wholesale and retail channels.

John brings a unique skill-set to UltraFeedback based on his cross-industry expertise. His understanding of the issues involved in delivering high quality services, enable him to deliver targeted, achievable solutions.
