Melissa Hatty

Melissa completed a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science at La Trobe University in 2006, with majors in anthropology and psychology. She is now undertaking a BSc (Honours) in Psychology at The University of Melbourne. Her research interests include organisational and cross-cultural psychology. She has a keen interest in human behaviour at both individual and group levels, and a passion for learning, research and problem-solving. Melissa received a scholarship to study at the University of Leicester, U.K., in 2004 and has received a number of academic achievement awards.

Prior to returning to study, Melissa worked in a range of customer service, coordination and administrative roles in both the public and private sectors. She has an eye for detail and has been involved with, and managed, a range of review projects in the corporate sector, including asset auditing and ‘how to’ manuals.
