With a professional background in nursing with post-graduate spinal injuries training, Mike has been educated in 4 countries and has worked widely in rehabilitation and training roles. 10 years of management experience with a leading global health supplier added involvement in new product research, market development and regional support in senior management roles.

As a Visiting Associate Lecturer at The University of Technology, Sydney, Mike has had several years experience of delivering post-graduate Core Marketing and Services Marketing programs at MBA level.

As a Director of UltraFeedback, Mike has designed and delivered research programs for leading organisations since 2000 and regularly provides customised training programs in marketing to client organisations. A particular research focus in healthcare has resulted in a deep knowledge of the needs of stakeholders in health delivery, product and service supply and of course, the needs of end consumers themselves!
