Healthcare Strategy
One of UltraFeedback’s team of consultants, Peter has a unique blend of experience:
- Postgraduate research and teaching in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Melbourne
- Sales & Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
- Developing and testing value propositions and then directing communication strategy with an advertising agency
Intrigued by clinical evidence that a patient centered healthcare system can improve outcomes for both the patient and the system, Peter is working on the development of patient survey instruments that inform efforts to improve the system.
Peter makes a valuable contribution to many projects through his ability to:
- Both understand and influence the thinking of clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals at all levels
- Understand both consumers and patients, especially the impact of illness on their life and lifestyle.
- Understand the commercial issues facing businesses operating in the healthcare industry
- Assimilate and integrate these understandings with clinical information and practical lessons from the commercial world, translating them into useful insights, recommendations and strategies
- Remain focused on the need for practical solutions that turn strategies into results in the real world
