UltraFeedback is a health-oriented satisfaction research business. We have a balance of long-term and short-term contracts with governments, industry associations, and major corporations including the leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
We saw an open niche in 1998. Traditional research companies were trapped by their existing systems and technology companies knew little about research. We took the middle ground and now justly claim to be leading in Internet-enabled research.
We also have ongoing relationships with major enterprises in other industries, such as Toll (logistics), VicRoads (government transport), BHP Billiton (Industrial) and STA (travel).
The Internet is our primary research medium. We create and implement web-based surveys in many languages and across many countries, using our proprietary quantitative and qualitative survey, reporting and analysis system.
One of our competitive advantage is our immediate, dynamic and responsive online reporting.
We have also developed a number of evidence-based research products that we market and sell independently.
We are an Australian-based international enterprise, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney and a representative office in Shanghai.
UltraFeedback has two executive directors, one non-executive director, 10 employees (8.2 full-time-equivalent), five associates and a network of consultants.
