Benchmarking

It is important for organisations to constantly compare their operations to those of others. Benchmarking allows companies to identify those areas in which they lead, and those in which they need to improve.

Our benchmarking surveys are designed to gather data to allow these comparisons while protecting the anonymity of participating organisations. The surveys allow an overview of the standards and best practice positions in the industry.

Surveys overview

A simple online survey can be developed with input from sponsors, industry sectors, user groups or members of professional associations. Invitations to participate inthe survey are then delivered to targeted organisations.

Reporting

Dynamic reporting on the latest data is available continuously. Reporting can be filtered while protecting the confidentiality of individual responses.

Respondents receive a unique report showing their own response benchmarked against overall responses. The report is immediately and automatically updated as new responses are entered.

UltraFeedback will also provide additional data analysis in the report.
